The cast, including Robert de Hoog, Lineke Rijxman, Hadewych Minis, Werner Kolf, Sinem Kavus, Sabri Saddik, Ravi Beeuwkes, and Marieke Heebink, is joined this season by new names: Pierre Bokma, Glennis Grace, Hef, Marie-Mae van Zuilen, and Hesdy Gerges.
Synopsis of the third season
After the assassination attempt on Willem, Martin is completely on his own. Ans is nowhere to be found, and in his search for her, he has to work with his enemy Paul. Martin can no longer keep his secrets to himself at work, so he is forced to confide in a colleague. When his family flees abroad to go into hiding for their own safety, Martin has no choice but to accept that he must descend completely into the underworld. Only then can he escape and keep his wife Noura and son Max safe. But then he comes face to face with his worst nightmare and the tables are turned completely. With blood on his hands, he tries one last time to escape the quagmire, when fate strikes inexorably.
